1. Lever-type air pressure compounding.
2. The automatic paper feeding mechanism is adopted to realize automatic paper feeding, laminating, slitting, and income and expenditure at one time.
3. The paper feeding mechanism is a front feeding structure, driven by a servo motor.
4. The lamination adopts the method of back paper pressing the front paper. When operating, only need to input the paper length and the lamination length to realize automatic lamination, and the lamination accuracy can reach ±2mm.
5. The drum adopts built-in heat transfer oil to heat the drum, the surface temperature is measured, the temperature is accurate, and the heating is uniform.
6. Equipped with a thin paper anti-curling device to ensure that the thin paper does not curl after composite.
7. Equipped with front and rear punching devices, which can prevent the film from being cut after punching and cutting, and run more stably before cutting.
