Detail Information
I.Scope of application :
This dual-purpose hot stamping machine for both flat and curved surfaces is suitable for various materials such as paper packaging, plastic, metal, leather , and glass . It is widely used in glass bottles, plastic bottles, cigarette and alcohol gift boxes, cosmetic tubes, bottle caps, cultural and creative gifts, consumer electronics casings, and new energy vehicle interiors, meeting the personalized hot stamping decoration needs of the packaging, cultural and creative, hardware, and home appliance industries.
III. Performance Characteristics:
This machine integrates dual-mode hot stamping functions, employs a precise PID temperature control system to keep temperature drift within ±3℃, and allows for flexible adjustment of pressure and stamping time. Combined with a floating silicone pressure-bearing structure, it ensures smooth, burr-free flat stamping and a high success rate for continuous stamping. The machine features a stable control system, is easy to operate, consumes little energy, and allows for adjustment of the worktable and stamping head height to accommodate different workpiece sizes.
IV. Detailed display:
V.Operating procedures :
| 1 ) Turn on the power switch | 2 ) Connect the air compressor and insert the air hose into the machine. |
| 3 ) Set the hot stamping time (based on the actual product size). | 4 ) Set temperature |
| 5 ) Configure the stepper controller (mainly change the parameters of speed and G-len ; do not change other parameters arbitrarily). | 6 ) Press the heating button |
| 7 ) Load the product into the fixture | 8 ) Connect the foot switch |
VI. Troubleshooting and maintenance :Printing samples
| Fault | reason | Solution |
| Unable to heat | heating element damaged | Replace heating element |
| Line disconnected | Reconnect the lines | |
| relay damage | Replace the relay | |
The hot stamping effect is not good. | The temperature is not right | Set temperature |
Solenoid valve damage | Replace the solenoid valve
Tracheal damage | Replace the trachea
Poor packaging | Cardboard too thick | Drilling holes in cardboard |
The adhesive film was damaged when heated. | Set an appropriate heating time
air leak | Check the trachea and the air tank.
The membrane frame remains stationary. | Cylinder damage | Replace cylinder |
Solenoid valve damage | Replace the solenoid valve
Insufficient air pressure | Connect to air compressor |
VII. Machine Maintenance :
Proper maintenance is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life. The following describes several aspects of maintenance:
1) After each work session, clean the dust, garbage, and dirty oil, check the condition of the heating wire, and apply oil to the lifting shaft.
2) After each 500- hour workday , apply oil to the lifting structure (including the gearbox, chain, and track); check the oil level and ensure the oil level indicator is within acceptable limits.
Keep the oil level between 1/2 and 3/4 . If the oil level is too low before starting the machine, please add oil first.
3) Regularly inspect the motor and add the necessary oils as needed.
4) Special Note :
a) Conduct a complete inspection of the circuit board annually; replace defective components promptly; measure the insulation resistance and maintain it at 2 Ω.
b) Regularly check the grounding wire to ensure safety.
c) The power must be disconnected before maintenance.
