IV. Standard Printing Process

1.Preliminary preparation : cut and polish the acrylic panel → activate by plasma dust removal → wipe with anhydrous ethanol → air dry in a dust-free environment; prepare special UV ink, stir evenly and let it stand to defoam.

2.Screen installation : Fix the prepared screen to the machine frame, calibrate the level and tension, and ensure there is no loosening or deformation.

3.Positioning and debugging : Place the panel, start vacuum adsorption → adjust the positioning fixture → print a small sample → check the clarity and adhesion, and fine-tune the parameters until they meet the standards.
4.Batch printing : Formal material feeding → Automatic machine scraping → Screen reset → Material unloading, with uniform speed throughout, and ambient temperature controlled at 22±2℃ and humidity at 55%±5%.

5.Curing quality inspection : After printing, the product is immediately sent to a UV curing machine (800W power) for curing → check the appearance (no bubbles, no missing prints, clear edges) → adhesion test (no paint peeling in the cross-cut test) → qualified products are put into storage.

V. Operating Precautions

1.Environmental control : The workshop should be kept dust-free and dry, with stable temperature and humidity, to prevent dust adhesion and abnormal ink drying.

2.Screen maintenance : Clean the screen after every 50 prints to prevent mesh clogging; clean it promptly after shutdown to prevent ink from drying and damaging the screen.

3.Constant parameters : During mass production, it is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the printing pressure, speed, and screen distance to prevent batch color difference and accuracy fluctuations.

4.Safety precautions : Operators should wear clean gloves and masks to avoid fingerprints and sweat contamination of the panel; take precautions against ultraviolet radiation during UV curing.

VI. Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep

1.Routine maintenance (daily) : Clean the worktable and vacuum suction holes to remove ink residue and impurities; check the flatness of the scraper and replace it promptly if worn; clean dust from the machine surface and keep it dry.

2.Regular maintenance (weekly) : Add special lubricating oil to the transmission guide rail and slider; check the operating status of the servo motor and vacuum generator, and clean impurities from the filter; calibrate the level and positioning accuracy of the mesh frame.

3.Deep maintenance (monthly) : Disassemble and clean the screen fixing clamps and scraping components; check for loose wiring to avoid short circuits; test vacuum suction force to ensure secure fixation.
