I. Introduction
This fully automatic multi-function curved surface screen printing machine is suitable for glass product packaging, cosmetic packaging, cream jars, acrylic products, daily chemical products, essential oil bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, drawn tube bottles, personal care products, liquor bottle packaging, reagent bottles, vacuum flasks and food outer packaging containers. The materials can be glass, metal, plastic, rubber, acrylic, ceramics, etc.

This machine is suitable for surface screen printing on various irregular containers such as round, oval, square and tapered shapes. It offers quick and easy setup and installation, stable and reliable operation, strong versatility, high positioning accuracy, precise color registration and high printing efficiency. This machine can also print with ordinary self-drying ink, UV ink and high-temperature solid ink, providing high adaptability. It has outstanding advantages for the following bottle shapes and situations:
1. It can be equipped with an automatic vision positioning system to achieve registration printing on round bottles without positioning marks, ensuring precise color registration and high printing efficiency.
2. Oval bottles can be printed on both sides in the same color in a single pass, greatly increasing the printing speed; single-side printing is also available.
3. Square flat bottles can be printed on one to four sides in the same color in a single pass, and any one to four surfaces can be selected for printing.
4. Round, oval and square bottles with taper can be printed with automatic taper adjustment, delivering excellent printing results and solving traditional technical problems such as pattern stretching and deformation.

Printing process
The machine structure mainly consists of an automatic bottle feeding structure, an automatic dust removal device, a manipulator automatic loading structure, a servo indexing structure, an automatic printing main body (printing system), and a UV fully automatic temperature-controlled ultraviolet curing system. It adopts a modular programmable processor and a touch-screen display control system for smoother operation. Fewer fixtures make it easy to change bottle shapes, and setup, installation and operation are simpler and more convenient. The core components use an Omron servo system and can be equipped with a vision positioning system, ensuring stability, high precision and accurate color registration.

IV. Machine Operation Safety Performance
The vertical curved surface screen printing machine is the latest model of cup printing equipment. Please operate it according to the manufacturer's instructions; it is absolutely reliable. This machine is equipped with an emergency switch: in case of an emergency, pressing the emergency switch will immediately cut off the power and return the machine to the starting position; after the problem is resolved, turning off the emergency switch will allow for safe restart and normal operation.
V. Precautions
When the machine needs to be moved or repaired, the power and gas supply must be disconnected.
When adjusting or cleaning the wiper blades, please follow the steps and perform maintenance as scheduled.
Enhance fire prevention awareness and equip facilities with fire-fighting equipment.
VI. Machine Maintenance
① Before starting work, remove debris from the machine and wipe it clean. Regularly apply lubricating grease to moving parts such as guide rails, guide posts and bearings.
② The worktable is a key component affecting printing quality. Protect it from impact by hard objects. During printing, do not let ink, thinner or other organic solvents drip onto the worktable surface.
③ Protect the electrical control panel and buttons from direct or indirect contact with solvents such as thinner and wash-up solvent to prevent damage.
④ The paint on the machine frame keeps the machine from rusting. Protect it from direct or indirect contact with solvents such as thinner and wash-up solvent to prevent damage.
⑤ Drain the water and dirt in the oil mist separator in time to prevent them from entering the pneumatic components and affecting normal operation. Clean the cup body regularly and add No. 2 lubricating oil to the oil cup of the oil mist separator.
⑥ When adjusting the flow control valve, loosen the locking nut first, then adjust it by hand. The handle screws on the machine are used for positioning; once firmly positioned, there is no need to tighten them with excessive force.
⑦ After work, turn off the power/air supply, clean the screen thoroughly and store it properly, protecting it from dust, pressure and puncture by hard objects.
