Application

This Dual Servo Flatbed Screen Printing Machine is suitable for high-precision positioning printing of various plastic boxes, electrical boxes, sheet metal chassis, medicine boxes and other cuboid products .

Main performance

① PLC program control circuit, human-machine interface control, user-friendly operation.

②Vertical structure, the screen moves vertically up and down, and the printing head moves left and right.

③ The printing and screen lifting mechanisms use independent drive sources, ensuring coordinated movements and stable, adjustable speeds.

④ The printing press holder is driven by a servo system, and the stroke is controlled by a photoelectric eye, with independent adjustment.

⑤ The printing drive servo motor ensures smooth operation.

⑥ The printing platform is height-adjustable , and is equipped with precision micro-adjustment handles in both horizontal and vertical directions for accurate micro-adjustment and convenient color registration.

⑦ It has three printing modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, with digital control of the automatic printing indirect time (1~9 seconds).

③ The printing process uses a Taiwanese brand geared motor and a Taiwanese brand frequency converter to control the printing drive.

④ The printing doctor blade and ink return blade are controlled by pneumatic components from a Taiwanese brand .

⑤ The left and right horizontal scraping uses HIWIN precision linear guides made in Taiwan.

⑥ The printing plate is filled with an aluminum honeycomb structure, with a hard anodized surface and suction holes .
