This 4060ST-T type groove heightened flat screen printing machine is suitable for positioning printing of cuboid products such as plastic parts, sheet metal parts, suitcase,storage boxes, and plastic boxes .

Main performance

1. Vertical structure, the screen moves vertically up and down, and the printing head moves left and right.

2. The printing and screen printing elevators use independent drive sources, ensuring coordinated movements and stable, adjustable speeds.

3. The printing platform is equipped with precision torque handles in both the horizontal and vertical directions, ensuring accurate precision and convenient color registration.

4. Set manual/semi-automatic/default printing mode, with digital control of automatic printing interval time (1~9 seconds).

5. The independently designed printing head lifting device makes it convenient to load and unload the doctor blade/return blade, screen, and clean the screen.

6. The left and right mesh clamp arms are equipped with a screen spacing adjustment device for easy adjustment.

7. The nurse adjusts the angle and balance of the scraping and ink return processes.

8. The machine is equipped with a screen distance adjustment handwheel at the rear, which can quickly adjust the screen distance.
